My Most Treasured Childhood Possession

It was the most adorable thing I have ever owned. A white ball of soft fluff. This was not just a toy; it was one of my most treasured possessions. It was given to me by my beloved grandmother, I believe, on my 5th or 6th birthday.
As I held it close to my face, I could see my reflection in its shiny black beady eyes. My favourite feature about it was its long, large round ears, which flopped down its sides. They gave the toy an extra touch of innocence, just like my grandmother.
My little friend and I have had many adventures together. Sadly, I don't remember any of them. The only traces of those wonderful times are a few red and blue stitches along its tiny spine. I can't recall how its back tore. But thank god for my mother's sewing expertise. Those stitches held firm over the years.
I only wish I had given my fluffy friend a more creative name. I chose the most generic, cliche name ever. His name is Bunny.
